What a Morning!

OK so there is no horrible disaster to report! No poop smeared on the walls, no trips to the Pediatrician or Emergency Room, not even a crazy dog story. We actually had a WONDERFUL morning playing outside in the front yard, in the sunshine.

As you all can imagine, it is VERY difficult to manage three toddlers, by yourself, outside, in an unfenced area. hen set loose, they scatter, in all different directions, like cockroaches. But gosh darn it..... this morning I must have been drunk from all this gorgeous Kentucky Fall weather, because I had a complete lapse in judgement and decided to take Jenny, Owen and Will outside to play in the front yard.

Well it was MARVELOUS! They listened great and we had a FANTASTIC time.

Anyone want to come over for a play date?

Sweet Conversations

Sometimes there are conversations, so sweet and so rare, that the ears on which these precious words are meant to fall are those of only the delicate Hummingbird. For he alone, is worthy enough to be in the presence of such miraculous conversations.

"T-Bone......... what is it?"

"I don't know Pork Chop?"

"I really like it and I love the hum hum humming sound it makes. It makes me want to smile."

"I don't know Pork Chop, something inside me says we should maybe GROWL at it maybe even BARK at it, or heaven forbid EAT it."

"Awww NO WAY T-Bone, it's beautiful looks at it's arms moving so fast..........cool"

"Ya it is pretty amazing ........ do you think he will play with us?"

Such a sweet conversation, fallen on the ears on a precious ......Hummingbird?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I walked the room laughing hysterically at my very lame "Birdogs". They were quite intrigued by the hummingbird that found it's way into my family room the other day. I safely let it outside after snapping a few pictures.

Ways to Tease Toddlers

I have to say in general Quinn, Kurt and Justin are a big help to me. They are three kind, loving respect young men. They love Jenny, Owen and Will and are GREAT Big Brothers.

However when a chance arises to torture or tease the Little Munchkins, well of course they jump on it as quick as they can! I think it is only natural, it's the natural order of siblings. The older ones bug, teases and torture the younger siblings.

Well there is no shortage of that around here, but it is all done in fun never gets out of hand.

The culprits of this torture just giddy with their accoplishment!

Just look at poor Will with a KICK ME sign on his cute Little Bottom! Do I even have to tell you who was the mastermind behind this genius plan!

Our Summer Vacation to Panama City

The Family Freak show....yes I am aware we are a walking freak show. We turn heads, get LOTS of crazy questions and yes even a few pictures. But come on look at us it is pretty funny.

Look at this handsome young man. I don't know when he decided it was OK to grow up....sniff sniff.

Jenny LOVED the water. She will be my little fish without a doubt!

Here is my little happy go lucky guy Will. He has such a calm, sweet spirit.

Well this is my big man Owen, one thing we know for sure he is not the next Micheal Phelps. He loved walking around the pool deck getting into all kinds of mischief but he must be oil based, because he and water do not mix. Maybe he will make his millions as a bathing suit model! How adorable is he in that suit????

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this picture of Quinn!

Kurt just chillin out while the babies play in their play area. He was so patient with them.

Have you ever seen such a handsome young man. Justin always seems to be devising a plan to get his brothers in some way! Gotta watch out for this one!

Quinn is sooooooo dying to drive, can't you tell!

Daddy and Kurt tearing up the track. I sure hope Kurt is not screaming like a girl, that is something I would expect from Daddy tee hee.

Daddy and Justin riping the track apart. I'm sure Justin is trying to figure out a way to dump Daddy on the next turn and take over the wheel. Who cares about height restrictions, do they have any idea who they are dealing with!!!!!!!!

Justin in a bumper car..........WATCH OUT!!!!!!!

Kurt is having a ball knowing he is actually allowed to SMASH other cars SAAAAAWEEEET!

Quinn is just too cool for this!

Quinn on a mission.

Kurt having so much fun.

As you can tell Justin wanted to RULE the POOL!

The aftermath of Bumper boats!

The daily pool extravaganza was always too much for Jenny.

Amazing how sweet she is when she is asleep.

Well the melt downs have begun, no surprise it began with Mr. Owen. Here is a raging Temper-Tantrum in the middle of the parking lot.

We just went on our merry way and ignored him. Yep I'm one of those evil Moms that can totally, cold heatedly ignore a writhing child. He was utterly insulted.........Boo Hoo!

Good thing our vacation was winding down at this point because to tell you the truth Mommy was about to throw a temper tantrum of her own in the middle of the parking lot too.

I think this picture says it all.............this vacation was over and we were all a little frazzled and ready to go home.

The bigger kids had a great time. I won't lie, it was VERY hard to take six kids on vacation, with just Andrei and I to care for all of them......VERY hard.

The big kids swam alot, played alot, did many activities and went home with filled with wonderful memories. That was the point of this vacation.

The Babies experienced some new things, but let,s face it they are too young to remember any of it so, basically it was just a matter of keeping them fed, happy and safe in a strange place.

Andrei and I were happy we were able to build some great family memories and give the wonderful gift of a vacation to the kids, but to be honest, we were ready to come home.
